Get your new year off to a good start by enrolling for the new Yoga and Meditation Courses starting back from 1st February. Whilst 2020 was a challenging year its looking like 2021 will continue to challenge us all. During these times we really need the benefits of regular yoga and meditation practice for steadiness, grounding, clarity, peace and relaxation.
As we still need to limit live classes to 8 students some Live classes are already full so check on the website before booking in. If your first choice is not available you can put your name on a waiting list or perhaps you might like to try something different.
