Yoga For Everybody
Classes for Term 2 2021 will resume from Monday 19th April. Now that restrictions have eased we’re delighted to be able to offer all the Live Yoga classes again. Classes for Level 2 will also available in Audio format and the Mindfulness Meditation Course will again be offered on Zoom.
Yoga classes taught in the Illawarra NSW. Day and evening classes for all levels, beginners to advanced, are held regularly at Bulli.
This is ‘Yoga for Everybody’ including all ages, all body shapes and sizes, all levels of health, fitness, mobility and yoga experience.
The owner of this business, Sue Brittain is a fully accredited Yoga Teacher with a 3 year Diploma of Yoga Teaching. In 2019 she completed the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Course at the Gawler Foundation.
Orietta Worthington is also teaching classes with Yoga for Everybody and Jen Wood is currently on maternity leave with her new baby Benny and will be running one class during the Easter break.
The Yoga taught is a systematic approach that incorporates awareness of all aspects of one’s being, using postures to stretch, tone and relax the physical body, breathing practices to balance the energy in the body, meditation to calm and focus the mind and deep relaxation to reduce stress, promote healing and create a sense of well-being. Practices are taught systematically and safely with an emphasis on developing self awareness.
Since 2019 Sue has also been offering a 7 week Mindfulness Meditation Course.
About the Teachers
Sue Brittain has completed the 3 year Diploma of Yoga Teaching and has been teaching yoga at Bulli since 2000. Initially teaching one class Sue now regularly offers 7 different day and evening Yoga classes for all levels from Beginners to Advanced and Mindfulness Meditation.
Orietta Worthington is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher who has been practising yoga since 1989. She is also a psychologist and qualified life coach with over 25 years experience.
Jen Wood is currently on maternity leave with her new baby Benny. She has been practicing yoga since around 2005 and teaching since 2015.
