I’m so happy to let you know that I’ll be offering 6 Weeks of Live classes at Bulli from 28th February.
Level 1: Mondays 6-7.15pm or Wednesdays 10-11.15am
Level 2: Tuesdays 10-11.30am or Wednesdays 6-7.30pm
For everyone’s safety there will be a maximum 10 students in each class and the room will be well ventilated with all windows open. Masks will be required for entry and exit of the building.
If you’re not able to or ready to return to Live Yoga classes yet here’s some options to consider:
Audio Classes for 8 weeks Level 2 start anytime
Yoga Meditation & Yoga Nidra on Zoom Wednesdays 6.30 -7.30pm 2 more classes on 16th & 23rd February (for those who’ve done meditation before)
Staying Mindful on Zoom Tuesdays 6.30- 7.30pm on 15/2, 15/3 & 19/4 (for those who’ve done the Mindfulness Course with Sue)
Before enrolling in a Live class check on my website that there is still space in your chosen class.
