Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep relaxation for the body, mind and emotions. This recording is suitable for everyone for beginners to advanced. A great way to let go of worries, recharge your batteries and take a break from all that’s going on in the outside world.
Ideally the pracice is done lying down but can also be done sitting. Make sure you will be warm enough as the body cools down when you relax. All ow 20 mins for the practice.
