Yoga For Everybody

Please note all Yoga Classes from 18th August will be at Corrimal Community Centre due to renovations at Bulli Community Centre.

Yoga classes taught in the Illawarra NSW. Day and evening classes for all levels, beginners to advanced, are held regularly at Bulli.

This is ‘Yoga for Everybody’ including all ages, all body shapes and sizes, all levels of health, fitness, mobility and yoga experience.

When the owner of this business, Sue Brittain retires at the end of term 3 2025 she will hand over the running of the business and website to Jen Wood.

Yoga Wollongong

The Yoga taught is a systematic approach that incorporates awareness of all aspects of one’s being, using postures to stretch, tone and relax the physical body, breathing practices to balance the energy in the body, meditation to calm and focus the mind and deep relaxation to reduce stress, promote healing and create a sense of well-being. Practices are taught systematically and safely with an emphasis on developing self awareness.

About the Teachers

Sue Brittain 

After teaching for 25 years Sue will be retiring at the end of Term 3 on 10th September.

Jen Wood  has been practicing yoga since around 2005 and teaching since 2015.  When Sue retires Jen will teach one evening class at Bulli in Term 4.  Contact Jen at jen.priyayoga@gmail.com

Orietta Worthington is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher who has been practising yoga since 1989.  She is also a psychologist and qualified life coach with over 25 years experience. She is not currently teaching but in Term 4 2025 she will be a back up teacher for Jen’s class.
