Yoga classes taught in the Illawarra NSW.
This is ‘Yoga for Everybody’ including all ages, all body shapes and sizes, all levels of health, fitness, mobility and yoga experience.
Sue Brittain has retired after 25 years of teaching Yoga for Everybody. Jen Wood will now be running the Yoga for Everybody website and mailing list. Yoga Wollongong
The Yoga taught is a systematic approach that incorporates awareness of all aspects of one’s being, using postures to stretch, tone and relax the physical body, breathing practices to balance the energy in the body, meditation to calm and focus the mind and deep relaxation to reduce stress, promote healing and create a sense of well-being. Practices are taught systematically and safely with an emphasis on developing self awareness.

Sue Brittain
After teaching for 25 years Sue has now retired.
Jen Wood has been practicing yoga since around 2005 and teaching since 2015. Jen is currently teaching one evening class at Bulli in Term 4. This class is currently fully booked. Contact Jen: jen@yogaforeverybody.com.au if you have any questions.
Orietta Worthington is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher who has been practising yoga since 1989. She is also a psychologist and qualified life coach with over 25 years experience. She is not currently teaching but in Term 4 2025 she will be a back up teacher for Jen’s class.
