What we are doing:
- We will not be using our eye pillows
- Ensuring the bathrooms have liquid soap for hand washing
- Keeping the centre clean and well ventilated
- Keeping well informed
- Stay home if unwell
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap, before and after class
- Use cough and sneeze etiquette
- Bring your own mat, light blanket or eye-pillow.
- If using our mats please bring a towel to put on top
- Look out for each other, be understanding, kind and compassionate
If you have paid for a term of classes and find that you are unable to come due to illness of yourself or family, then credit will be given for missed classes for the next term.
If any of us become unwell in any way, we will see if one of us can cover the class or if necessary cancel the class with as much notice as possible
At this stage we will not be cancelling any of our planned events. But we will update you if this needs to change. During this time, we strongly encourage you to utilise the practice of yoga as a tool to support you to strengthen your immune system and to keep you calm and centred to steadily meet all that is arising in our world right now.
We hold the health and the well-being of our students as our utmost priority and we will endeavour to keep you updated as the situation unfolds.
Looking forward to see your smiling faces at yoga next week
