The Power of Awareness Meditation and Yoga Weekend

If taught and practised correctly, meditation can bring the deepest and most meaningful understanding of the things that really matter to us. This 2 day course will focus on practice, blended with information and guidance to improve the effectiveness of your personal meditation experience. Classical meditation techniques, asana, pranayama, Yoga Nidra and kirtan will be creatively utilised to build meditative awareness.

Swami Anandakumar is an internationally respected teacher who specialises in meditation. He has studied a wide variety of yogic disciplines for over thirty years, training and teaching meditation in ashrams in Australia, India and internationally. Anandakumar inspires, not only with his depth of wisdom, but with his music, warmth and light approachable manner.
