Back by popular demand a weekend of inspiring workshops the first weekend in March with Mantradharma ( Alison MacTaggart).

Walking into the Forest - A workshop for those aged between 50 to 75
Saturday 7th March 9.30am - 3.30pm at Russell Vale Community Hal

Join us for a day of being in community with others who are moving into or living in the 3rd stage of life. This phase is known in the ancient yogic philosophy as Vanaprastha or Forest Dweller – the time when a person retires to the forest and gradually gives up worldly life and focuses on their inner, spiritual world. Of course, for those of us living in modern times, it is not feasible or desirable to fully retire from life. This workshop will focus on how we can integrate our intentions to focus on our inner needs while maintaining a commitment to our external obligations.

Special Early Bird Fee if paid in full by 21st February.

The Art of Self Discovery - A morning of blending creativity and exploration to discover the many facets of who you are...

Sunday 8 March 9am - 1pm at Russell Vale Community Hall

· Let your untapped creativity out to play!

· Uncover your intuitive wisdom

· Discover more about who you are

Join Alison MacTaggart (Mantradharma), an experienced SoulCollage® Facilitator and Educator and experience the delight of exploring your inner nature through the SoulCollage® process. No artistic skills are required – you will intuitively be drawn to certain images or themes. This is already a revealing process, but once you arrange and assemble your images in a way that feels right, you'll be fascinated by the insights that you can gain. This is a fun and easy way to understand yourself more deeply.
Special Early Bird Fee if paid in full by 21st February.

More Details about the Walking into the Forest Workshop
The day will include:
· Overview of all the stages of life
· Specific focus on yogic philosophy about Vanaprastha
· Guidelines that arise from the wisdom of the ancients and how this can inform contemporary approaches
· Sharing our own experience and ideas with others.
You will leave the workshop:
· feeling inspired and motivated to live this stage with intention;
· with ideas on how to attain your personal aspirations in a way that blends with your current life;
· with a deepening connection to others who are living consciously.

Mantradharma has experience living as a Vanaprasthan both in the community and at an ashram in Australia. She made the decision 7 years ago to give up her home, possessions and worldly engagements to go and live a simpler and less cluttered life at Mangrove Mountain ashram. She has recently returned to living on the far South Coast of NSW and is re-establishing herself in community life while aiming to put into practice the insights she has gained while living at Mangrove. This has inevitably brought new challenges. Mantradharma is dedicated to sharing her insights with others and to inspire them to live more simply and consciously.

More details about the Soul Collage Workshop
Mantradharma explains how the process of Soul Collage assists her to connect to the wisdom within:

“I spend many absorbed hours in a quiet space doing SoulCollage® - tearing out pictures that ‘grab’ me from magazines; moving them around on a background until the grouping of images settles into its final form; pasting them onto a card and then stepping back and allowing the card to speak its wisdom to me. The insights and meaning that flow from these images are deeply revealing. “

Special Early Bird Fee only $60 pay in full by 21st February.

Pay after 21st February $80

Includes all materials for SoulCollage® and morning tea.

Early Bird for both days $150 if paid by 21st February (full Price for both days $205).
