Based on your feedback in the recent survey I'll be running the new 7 week Mindfulness Meditation Course on Wednesdays 7- 8.30 pm. This course will begin from week 2 on Wednesday 23rd October. The fee will be the same as for a term of yoga but will also include my recordings of the Mindfulness Meditations for you to practice at home. The Course will be based on the Gawler Foundation Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation Course (MBSM) which I did the training for in June this year. Places for this course will be limited so book in soon if you're interested.
