Changes for Yoga and Meditation for 2020

Next week will be our last week of classes for 2019. So you might like think about giving the Gift of Yoga to your friends or family or asking them to gift you a Voucher for a term of Yoga,  a Yoga or Meditation CD or Audio tracks to keep up with your yoga over the summer break.  Click here to go to my website shop.

Classes for 2020 will start back from Monday 3rd February. As I come to the end of 20 years of teaching yoga at Bulli I'm making some changes to my classes for next year.So before you book yourself in make sure to have a look to see what options will be available for Term 1.

As our first Mindfulness Course this term has gone so well I'm going to offer two courses in Term 1 2020 - Monday 6 - 7.30pm and Wednesday 9.30 - 11am. Places will be limited and bookings are already rolling in from my waiting list.

Those of you who usually come to yoga on Monday nights or Wednesday mornings I'm delighted to let you know that these classes will still be available. No I can't be in two places but two very special and capable teachers will take these classes for Term 1. Jen Wood will be teaching the Level 2 Monday 7- 8.30pm class  and Orietta Worthington will be teaching the Level 1 classes of Monday 5.45 - 7pm and Wednesday 10 -11.15am.
